These terms cover the marketing website only. Access to the VendRisk360 platform (app.vendrisk360.com) is governed by a separate written agreement between VendRisk360 and the customer, such as an order form and subscription terms. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails for the platform.

- use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability except under a coordinated disclosure arrangement with us;

No other rights are granted, and you may not use our name or logo without our prior written permission.

11. Governing law
